Really Good Soup

I'd take a picture of it, but I ate it all gone bye-bye. Anyway, I'm going to share this soup recipe because it's super easy and really really tasty.

You'll need:

A rotisserie chicken - shredded into pieces
A couple of cans of Cannellini beans rinsed and drained
A sprig of rosemary
3 Chopped carrots
A bag of fresh spinach
5 cups Chicken broth
3 Chopped leeks
A pinch of sugar
1/2 tsp horseradish
2 cloves minced garlic

Throw garlic, carrots, and leeks in a pot with a small bit of the chicken broth. Cook until vegetables are tender. Throw the rest in the pot and heat it up. Remove rosemary sprig before serving. Best day old. Serves probably about 5 or 6.

Slumdog Millionaire

A must see. Run, don't walk to the theater. This movie takes place in India and is about a young man from the slums who appears on India's version of 'Who wants to be a Millionaire' and is accused of cheating. I think that's all I'll say about the plot. Best movie of the year!
